Each order is roasted and fulfilled by trusted partners to ensure peak flavor and exceptional service. Because our products are perishable and made to order, our returns and refund policy is intentionally streamlined to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our operations.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, open, or appears to be missing items, please contact us immediately. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost.

  • Photos of the packaging and product (if damaged)

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out. We’ll verify tracking information and coordinate with the shipping provider. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll gladly offer a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped. All sales are considered final unless the order is damaged or undelivered.
