Our coffee is fulfilled and shipped directly from our roasting facility to ensure freshness and speed, which currently limits our ability to customize gift packaging.

Your satisfaction means everything to us. Because our coffee is roasted to order and perishable, we cannot accept general returns.

However, if your order is:

  • Damaged

  • Opened upon arrival

  • Not received within the expected timeframe

We’ll make it right.

All orders placed through our website are processed at our roasting facility, which typically includes an invoice in the confirmation email or packing slip.

To preserve flavor and freshness, we recommend the following storage tips:

  • Keep it sealed – Store your coffee in an airtight container after opening.

  • Avoid light and heat – Place your container in a cool, dark pantry or cupboard.

  • Skip the fridge or freezer – Moisture and odors can alter the flavor profile.

All our bags are designed with a one-way degassing valve to maintain freshness, but transferring to a dedicated coffee storage canister helps extend shelf life even further.

For peak flavor, we suggest using your coffee within 2–4 weeks of opening.
